From waste to resources

Food waste is becoming quite an issue here in Malaysia. This is because out of the 18,000 tons plus of solid waste generated here in Malaysia today, almost 8,000 tons plus (or about 45% based on volume) are made up of food waste! This wasteful culture not only destroy the efforts and resources used to grow and generate food items, but by throwing food away into landfill sites further creates negative environmental impacts.

As we all may know, organic matter will decompose naturally and release harmful greenhouse gases into the atmosphere when left at landfill sites untreated. Furthermore, more carbon dioxide (CO2) is being released into the atmosphere just by transferring these food wastes from source of generation into their final resting place at the landfill sites. 

The Company is currently offering innovative food waste management solutions which would aid project developers to manage and treat food waste generated onsite, converting food waste into valuable resources or renewable energy for onsite usage.
